I’m Rachel, a mother of two vibrant young girls, a former gestational surrogate, and a passionate advocate for reproductive rights and women’s empowerment. In 2021, I had the honour of helping another family grow through surrogacy and became an international advocate for family rights. That experience deepened my belief in bodily autonomy, inclusive care, and the urgent need for better education and unbiased infrastructure around fertility, hormones, and reproductive health.

Raised in an extremist religion where feminine bodies were often silenced or shamed, I spent my early adulthood reclaiming power through truth, curiosity, and connection. That path sparked a lifelong calling to support others through life’s transformations: from infertility, pregnancy, and birth to personal growth and parenthood.

I believe every person who bleeds deserves to feel informed, celebrated, and at home in their body from the very beginning. As my daughters bloom before my eyes, it’s a privilege to help others embrace their cycles with gentleness, pride, and power.

You’ll find me dancing barefoot in the kitchen with music bumpin’, climbing mountains, harvesting from my garden, or doing henna in the sunshine, always finding beauty and joy in the sacredness of everyday life.

I'm Meg - a women's wellness advocate, ceremonialist, Celtic energy healing practitioner, womb connection facilitator, and co-owner of Sacred Bloom Boxes.

My journey into this work began through my own healing: a path of sobriety, reconnecting with nature, and reclaiming the rhythm of my cycle. I believe that every girl and woman deserves to feel at home in her body and empowered by her sacred cycles, not confused, silenced, or shamed.

Through Sacred Bloom, Rachel and I are here to nourish a new generation with a new path; filled with practical tools and powerful, informational, beautifully packaged support, because periods aren’t a problem to fix, but a wisdom to remember.

I’m deeply passionate about education, natural healing, and celebrating the cyclical way we were designed to live as women. When I’m not dreaming up new offerings, you’ll find me holding ceremonies, sipping herbal tea, or walking barefoot in the forest (and everywhere).
