I’m Rachel, a mother of two vibrant young girls, a former gestational surrogate, and a passionate advocate for reproductive rights and women’s empowerment. In 2021, I had the honour of helping another family grow through surrogacy and became an international advocate for family rights. That experience deepened my belief in bodily autonomy, inclusive care, and the urgent need for better education and unbiased infrastructure around fertility, hormones, and reproductive health.

Raised in an extremist religion where feminine bodies were often silenced or shamed, I spent my early adulthood reclaiming power through truth, curiosity, and connection. That journey sparked a lifelong calling to support others through life’s transformations: from infertility, pregnancy, and birth to personal growth and parenthood.

I believe every person who bleeds deserves to feel informed and at home in their body from the very beginning. Watching my daughters bloom before my eyes is a privilege, and it inspires my work to help others embrace their cycles with gentleness, pride, and power. My oldest, Athena, openly talks with her friends about the changes to expect in the coming years, normalizing periods as a natural body function. It’s a full-circle moment for this mama, hearing my own daughter confidently ask questions and speak openly!

When I’m not working on Sacred Bloom, you’ll find me dancing barefoot in the kitchen with music bumpin’, climbing mountains, harvesting from my garden, or doing henna in the sunshine… always finding beauty and joy in the sacredness of everyday life.
